Angel Investing in Russia

InterBusiness Consulting advised a group of HNWI acting as angel investors in a Russian company, a wholesale trader of clothes. The investment was provided in the form of equity contribution and loan. We advised on corporate structure, drafted articles of association, loan documentation, including pledge of shares and a personal guarantee, tax and currency regulation.

We also advised and drafted legal documentation in relation to exit of investors from the company.
