Defamation

A major Russian newspaper published an interview which never took place in reality. According to the publication my client, a well known entrepreneur, supposedly criticised the governor at the time of one of the regions and announced his support to the governor&s opponent on the approaching elections.

The author has never been found. The interview was published as advertisement and was paid for through an intermediary, a small insignificant PR company. We conducted legal actions against the newspaper.
