Acting as the legal adviser to the project we advised on the structure, choice of legal entities, cross-border finance, tax including international and local, transfer pricing, currency regulation, licensing. We set up local companies, advised on customs clearance (including those forms involving tax advantages), drafted loan documentation, leasing and other agreements. InterBusiness Consulting Ltd., our St. Petersburg company, acts as the corporate director of the asset holding entity.

We provide the company with ongoing support, which includes legal representation, book-keeping and compliance service.
