InterBusiness Consulting represented a UK timber trading company in all stages of the joint venture with the Russian timber company: negotiation, closing, follow up and exit through trade sale to a Swedish company. We structured the joint venture, set up local companies, supervised customs clearance (which involved contribution into the company´s capital and, therefore, substantial saving on import duty).
