World Bank:'Reconstruction of the St. Petersburg City Centre’

Project ‘Reconstruction of the St. Petersburg city centre’ was a multi-million project co-financed by the Russian government and the World Bank. The project aimed reconstruction of the city centre’s infrastructure, with the idea to increase attractiveness to private developers.

We advised on tax issues, mostly VAT, in relation to transactions between the St. Petersburg Unit of the World Bank and Siemens AG.
