Intel prepares USB4 support for Linux

The main lines of USB4 (and not USB 4.0; don’t try to understand, but it’s official!) were published at the beginning of 2019 and the USB Promoter Group consortium simultaneously announced that they were working hard to bring the evolution on the market within the devices by 2020! Moreover, this accelerated work had borne fruit quite quickly as the veil of the finalized USB4 specifications was then lifted in early September. The main challenge now is to integrate the standard into everyday devices and ecosystems.
